Through the leadership of Lou Gerstner, 'Big Blue IBM' made a very impressive turn around with the use of four Foundations of Management--organizing, leading, planning, and controlling an inspired IBM's rebirth. This program gives insight into the history of IBM and the challenges faced. Creating ease of use, bringing more diverse employees into the team, making dramatic decisions and trimming IBM's bloat are all addressed to celebrate this inspirational leadership.
